What is Priority Support?

Priority Support provides you with great benefits including direct access to the senior developers of AccuTesting and free software upgrades. There are two options to choose from. The description of each plan and its benefits appears below.

If you need emergency assistance or simply need to know that you can get telephone or direct email assistance when you need it on a priority basis, you need to get a Priority Support Plan. Priority Support enables you to call or email our senior development staff with your questions. Our goal is to respond to Priority Support requests within the same business day they are received. In many cases, Priority Support requests are answered immediately.

The support plan offer other valuable benefits as shown below.

AccuTesting Silver Priority Support Plan

The AccuTrack Silver Priority Support Plan is designed for the individual AccuTesting users who expects to occasionally need telephone and email support on a priority basis. The Silver Priority Plan provides:

10 Priority Support Units valid for one year.
Toll-free phone number for your support calls.
Unlimited support via the AccuTesting on-line Support Forum.
Software walk-through via the phone to help you get started with the software (call to schedule).
Free maintenance upgrades via the web.
Ability to suggest new features for future versions.

The annual subscription fee for the Silver Priority Support Plan is $269 if you order the plan with your software or if on auto-renewal, or $299 if you order it separately.

AccuTesting Platinum Priority Plan

The AccuTrack Platinum Priority Plan is designed for centers that want to budget their AccuTesting expenses while getting the highest level of support. This plan includes free major upgrades (e.g. upgrading from version 1.0 to 2.0), unlimited priority support, and more! The Platinum Priority Plan provides:

Free major upgrades (e.g. upgrading from version 1 to 2) while plan is active.
Unlimited Priority Support Units for one year.
Toll-free phone number for your support calls.
Support for multiple users.
Software walk-through via the phone to help you get started with the software (call to schedule).
Unlimited support via the AccuTesting on-line Support Forum.
Free maintenance upgrades via the web.
Ability to request new features for future versions.

The annual subscription fee for the Platinum Priority Support plan is $599 if you order the plan with your software or if on auto-renewal, or $675 if you order it separately.

New Customer Support

New customers of AccuTesting receive 5 free Priority Support incident units for use during the first 90 days following the date of software delivery. These free units are only provided to new clients and are not applicable to upgrades of AccuTesting Products.


Pay per-incident Support

If you do not have a Priority Support Plan and require emergency support, you can either order a Priority Support Plan or pay per-incident. Pay per-incident support is provided by Telephone and E-mail. The cost is $59 per Support Unit used. A Purchase Order or payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Terms of Service

Telephone support hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
A Support Unit is 30 minutes of AccuTesting staff time.
Any part of a Support Unit used counts as a full Unit.
Minimum one support unit per call or e-mail message.
Callbacks outside the U.S. and Canada are billed an additional $1.50 per minute.
Unused Support Units under all plans expire one year from date of purchase.
Support plans start on the day the software is delivered and expires one year from the delivery date.
Support Plans renewed before their expiration are eligible for the discounted subscription fee.
The Platinum Support Plan is only available with new software orders or with software upgrade orders. The plan must be renewed before it expires for continued eligibility.
Support Plans include a free walk through of the software to help you start using the software. Please call to schedule a mutually convenient time for the walk through. The walk through is about one hour long.
Free maintenance upgrades are delivered via the web only. Subscribers of the Platinum Priority Support Plan will get a CD with major upgrades (e.g. upgrading from version 1 to 2). The CD will be sent out within 60 days of the release of the major upgrade.
Support Plans subscribers can request new features to be added in future major upgrades. These requests will be evaluated by our development team and will be included if they are found to be useful to other AccuTesting users too.
